What happens, start to finish

The order can shift with the dentist's schedule, but this is the shape of it.

X-rays, if you need themThe hygienist starts by taking any x-rays you need. How many depends on you, not on a fixed schedule.
Your cleaningThe hygienist then cleans your teeth and checks your gums.
The dentist joins youNear the end, your dentist comes in and goes through what they found, and what, if anything, needs doing.
Nothing started without youIf you need work, we go over the quote with you before anything is done.

How long is a first appointment?

What should I bring?

Your insurance card. The only paperwork is a medical history form. If you would like your coverage checked before you come, give us your insurance details when you book.

Do you direct bill, and do you take CDCP?

Yes to both. We bill your insurer directly, and Heritage Dental Centre is a registered CDCP provider.

I am nervous. Can my first visit just be an exam?

Yes. Tell us when you book and your first visit can be an exam with no treatment. We tell you what we found, and the next step is your decision.

When are you open?

Monday 8am to 9pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, and Friday and Saturday 8am to 1pm. We are closed on Sunday.

Is there parking?
